Chef Jennifer was inspired by the house salad at Pagliacchi Pizza in Seattle and decided to recreate it for her own enjoyment. The salad features a perfect blend of fresh vegetables, savory salami, creamy cheese and garbanzo beans, all tossed in a delicious dijon-tarragon dressing.
Salad: romaine lettuce, salami, mozzarella cheese, garbanzo beans, bell peppers, red onion. Dressing: olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, mayonnaise, garlic, tarragon, sugar.
