Crisp romaine lettuce topped with a creamy cheddar vinaigrette, sharp cheddar chunks, sweet dates and savory pistachio granola. This is a favorite of Chef Jennifer.

Salad: romaine lettuce, fresh parsley, sharp cheddar, medjool dates. Dressing: white wine vinegar, garlic, dijon mustard, olive oil, sour cream, mayonnaise, sharp cheddar, scallion. Granola: Rolled oats, pistachios, maple syrup, olive oil, cinnamon, cardamom.
