Cheese-stuffed tortellini are tossed with savory salami, sweet roasted red peppers, sharp red onion, and fresh, peppery arugula. Everything is brought together with a zesty red wine vinaigrette, then finished with a rich drizzle of balsamic vinegar just before serving.
